Well, you're in luck because we're adding Open Gym to the schedule of classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM.
Please note that open gym will only be available to those members that have been through our Fundamentals Program. Open gym is not a coached class.
