The purpose of the 6-Course Fundamentals Program is to provide our newer athletes with the attention they need! The Fundamentals Program allows us to teach our new athletes, who often have little to know experience with any form of weight training, the various movements we employ in our Strength & Conditioning classes. Qualified coaches will breakdown each movement in an easy to follow, step-by-step process to ensure that every athlete understands and can demonstrate proper technique. Some of the movements that we will cover include but are certainly not limited to: all variations of the squat and overhead press, deadlifts, pull-ups, thrusters, kettlebell swings. Sound overwhelming? Don't worry, the Fundamentals Program is designed for you to succeed, learn, and; most importantly, HAVE FUN! Sound exciting? Good. We will see you soon!

**When you sign up for the 6-Class Fundamentals Program ($80), you'll receive 2 weeks of instruction in our Regular Strength & Conditioning Classes for FREE!! 

**Fundamentals classes can also be scheduled by appointment.  We are willing to work with you so you can complete the program and enroll in the regular strength & conditioning classes.**
