Get started with Group Fundamentals
Fundamentals Group Training starts every month, beginning on Monday and runs for 2 weeks. Please see below for exact start dates. Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 PM. The Program will include 6 instructional classes (2 weeks total) along with some nutrition tools.
6 Fundamental Classes (2 weeks) – Come on in and join us to learn the Fundamentals at CCSC for two weeks. Space is limited in Fundamentals so make sure you SIGN UP! After you sign up, someone from our team will contact you to set up a complimentary session to help establish your goals, get some baseline measurements and perform a movement and mobility screening.
Complete Fundamentals One-on-One
6 Fundamental Classes (One-on-One) – Does the group training class schedule not work for you? Or maybe you'd prefer to learn the Foundations on a one-on-one basis with a trainer. Completing the 6 Fundamental Classes on a one-on-one basis might be the best option for you.
